The USA Women's Sitting Team will Team Russia on Friday May 17th and Saturday May 18th at both
10am and 5pm. They will play Sunday, May 19th at 9am. All matches will be held at the
UCO Wellness Center in Edmond. Admission is free. Please come out and support our National

Important Information Regarding OKRVA Regional Championships (updated 11/29/2012)

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a
Coaching Accreditation Program (CAP) I/II clinic December 1-2, 2012 at the UCO Wellness Center.
This is a great opportunity to get some excellent training as well as network with other
coaches in the Oklahoma and surrounding regions. The cost to attend the clinic is $265/person.
However, OKRVA is subsidizing $165/coach bringing the total cost down to $100/coach for CAP I
or $205 for CAP II. We highly recommend the CAP clinic to all coaches. The link to register

Oklahoma Charge VBC Summer Camps are designed for the beginners and for the advanced. These
camps will help the girls keep the rust off during the summer. For the beginners it is an introduction into a sport they will love.
Head Camp instructor is Anna Monsen Howle. She is a former player at University of Oklahoma and was voted as Co-Libero of the Year
in the Big 12. Anna is extremely skilled with the beginners and the more advanced players.
