Prior to registering for the season, please note the following items…..also note new fee amounts effective with the 2026-27 season:
- If you are transferring from another USAV region, please contact the registrar before registering.
- Any player wishing to participate in any USAV sanctioned tryout, practice, or tournament in the Oklahoma region must obtain a membership online with USAV prior to any event. Membership options include:
- a junior indoor 17U club membership ($65.00 = OKRVA fee of $37.00 + USAV fee of $28.00)
- a junior indoor 18yo club membership ($65.00 = OKRVA fee of $37.00 + USAV fee of $28.00)
- the 18s membership is specifically for players that will turn 18 before the end of the USAV season (August 31)
- players that are 17 and younger through the current season do NOT have to have the 18s membership to participate on an 18s team
- the junior player indoor club membership INCLUDES membership requirements for the tryouts prior to the season – no additional tryout-only membership required
- a junior player tryout-only membership ($10.00 = OKRVA fee of $5.00 + USAV fee of $5.00)
- Any adult wishing to affiliate with a team must register with USAV in order to be placed on a roster as:
- a coach ($50.00 = OKRVA fee of $22.00 + USAV fee of $28.00)
- a chaperone or team rep ($35.00 = OKRVA fee of $7.00 + USAV fee of $28.00), or
- an official/tournament director ($35.00 = OKRVA fee of $7.00 + USAV fee of $28.00).
- In addition, all adult memberships require:
- a background check every year (estimated cost is $14, which is billed separately)
- a certification from SafeSport specific for USA Volleyball (which must be complete prior to beginning activities)
- Also available:
- a junior-age officials membership ($35.00 = OKRVA fee of $7.00 + USAV fee of $28.00)
- a junior-age club staff membership ($55.00 = OKRVA fee of $27.00 + USAV fee of $28.00)
- an accompanying/bench child 8 & under membership (no fee)
Please remember to use a member’s legal name (ex. use Elizabeth rather than Liz, Robert instead of Bobby, etc.)
Junior members may be eligible immediately once they complete the membership registration and pay the appropriate fee(s) online. Adult members will also need to complete additional certifications (as noted above) before becoming eligible.
Other membership options also available:
- a junior outdoor club membership ($35.00 = OKRVA fee of $20.85 + USAV fee of $14.15)
- this membership is specifically for players NOT participating with any indoor activities (beach/grass events only)
- this membership is NOT valid for participating with indoor tryouts, practices, tournaments, etc.
- junior outdoor players that will turn 18 prior to the end of the club calendar season will also be required to complete SafeSport
- an adult player membership ($28.00 = no OKRVA fee, USAV fee of $28.00)
- a junior-age summer player membership ($18.00 = OKRVA fee of $9.00, USAV fee of $9.00)
- junior outdoor players that will turn 18 prior to the end of the club calendar season will also be required to complete SafeSport
