2025 OKRVA BEACH WEEK

JUNE 11-15 – Boombox Beach Club (OKC)

OKRVA members are invited to join us for our Inaugural Beach Week, with a variety of events scheduled for the week of June 11 through June 15, 2025.

Below is our current schedule, as well as links with additional information.  Check back regularly as we continue to add more events to the schedule.

Friday, June 13

• 2025 Boys Regional Qualifier

    • Open to boys registered with OKRVA and surrounding states/USAV regions
    • Expected to be a 1-day event.
    • USAV 2024-25 Age Definitions (now based on graduating year) apply to this tournament.
    • 8:45am projected start, 8:20am check-in
    • Coaches wishing to actively coach at the event must register. No charge for coaches.
    • Bids for USAV Junior Beach Nationals available per OKRVA BRQ guidelines.
    • Medals for 1st and 2nd place in all divisions, 3rd place medals for divisions eligible for 3 team bids.

• Beach Week Players Party (6-8pm)

    • Join us for open play, pizza, and other games and fun!
    • FREE for all registered tournament participants.
    • RSVP by completing this form AFTER you register for your tournament event(s).

Saturday, June 14 and Sunday, June 15

• OKRVA 2025 Beach Regional Championships

    • Open ONLY to OKRVA junior players
    • Girls Bid Divisions expected to be a 2-day event (Saturday-Sunday).
    • Non-Bid Divisions (Saturday OR Sunday) expected to be a 1-day event.
    • USAV 2024-25 Age Definitions (now based on graduating year) apply to this tournament.
    • Preliminary Wave Assignments
    • AM Waves (7:45am projected start, 7:20am check-in)
      • SATURDAY – Girls 12U, Girls 16U, Girls 15U/Boys 14U (non-bid), Girls 18U/Boys 16U (non-bid)
      • SUNDAY – Girls 13U/Boys 12U (non-bid), Girls 12U & 16U brackets
    • PM Waves (3:00pm projected start, 2:35pm check-in)
      • SATURDAY – Girls 14U, Girls 18U
      • SUNDAY – Girls 14U & 18U Brackets
    • Coaches wishing to actively coach at the event must register. No charge for coaches.
    • Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in bid divisions. Medals for 1st and 2nd in non-bid divisions. Bids for USAV Junior Beach Nationals also available per OKRVA BRQ guidelines.
