The OKRVA Regional Championships will be at the SageNet Center on the Tulsa Fairgrounds on May 4th-5th, 2024.  Venue rules, guidelines, etc. to be posted at a later date.

REGISTRATION

  • Registration is now open on AES
    • The team fee is $325/team for teams who register by the early deadline of March 31, 2024.
    • Team registering on April 1st or later will only gain entry at the discretion of the region office. For teams that are allowed late registration, the entry fee is $425/team.
    • ATTN Club Directors/Administrators – 2023-24 results for all non-AES events outside of the OKRVA region will need to be input into AES no later than April 10 for your participating teams.

HOTEL OPTIONS/BLOCKS

We are thankful to the Tulsa Sports Commission for their assistance in getting the facility and hotel room block established.

ALL-STAR TRYOUTS

Tryouts for the OKRVA All Star Championship Teams will be held on Friday, May 3th at the SageNet Center.

The 2024 event is being held in Des Moines, IA from July 18-21.  Click here to see the staff.
