The 2025 OKRVA Regional Championships will be at the SageNet Center on the Tulsa Fairgrounds on May 3rd-4th, 2025.  Venue rules, guidelines, etc. to be posted at a later date.

BIDS

Bids for the following age groups are expected to be allocated:

  • Girls 11s – 1 (National)
  • Girls 12s-13s – 2 (National & American)
  • Girls 14s-17s – 3 (National, American, & Freedom)

2025 GJNC events will be held on June 21-24 in Kansas City (Girls 13s & under) and June 25 – July 3 in Dallas (Girls 14s-17s).

REGISTRATION

  • Registration is now open on AES
    • The team fee is $325/team for teams who register by the early deadline of March 31, 2025.
    • Team registering on April 1st or later will only gain entry at the discretion of the region office. For teams that are allowed late registration, the entry fee is $425/team.
    • ATTN Club Directors/Administrators – 2024-25 results for all non-AES events outside of the OKRVA region will need to be input into AES by APRIL 20 for your participating teams.
  • We will be hosting the following divisions at the event:

    • Girls Club* (non-bid) Divisions
      • 10s
      • 12s

*requires min # of entries per each division, may be combined with other division(s) if min # is not reached

 

HOTEL OPTIONS/BLOCKS

We are thankful to the Tulsa Sports Commission for their assistance in getting the facility and hotel room block established.

ALL-STAR CHAMPIONSHIPS TRYOUTS

Tryouts for the OKRVA All Star Championship Teams will be held on Friday, May 2nd at the SageNet Center.
