2024-25 OKRVA Waiver Request Form

• Waiver requests should be completed by the Club Director.
• OKRVA reserves the right to move a team with waivered player(s) up to the correct age division based on results if deemed necessary.
• Teams with waivered players have three options to play in Regionals.
  1. Play in the Club (non-bid) Division if available.
  2. Play up in the correct division of the oldest player participating with the team, or
  3. Play without the waivered player.
